Noise and vibrations

In many studies, developed mainly by the Technical Department of the National Institute for Silicosis, it has been proven that exposure to noise is a main occupational problem both in the mining sector and in industry. In this sense, in this Department and within the framework of various agreements with the Spanish Government and the Principality of Asturias, different projects aimed at evaluating these situations have been carried out.

The INS has the technical equipment, as well as experience and qualified personnel to carry out all kinds of noise and vibration studies, both epidemiological and technical-preventive.
